DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
All orders may require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping.
o Q Store.Online does not process orders during weekends.
o No deliveries will be made on Fridays
o Q Store.Online does not guarantee same-day shipping. You may please contact the support team for the available time slot
o Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
o Q Store.Online will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to OFAC sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of Qatar
o This shipping method is available only for Qatar but except for some areas which are far from the city.
DELIVERY POLICY
The driver will call you and inform you ahead of your delivery and calls 3 times once he reaches your location. If there is no answer, our customer service team will try to reach you through call or WhatsApp message. If there is no response from you within 15 minutes, the driver will leave and cancel the order. If you request that we redeliver your order, you will be required to pay an additional delivery charge of QAR10,25 OR 50, depending upon your location, to have the driver make a second trip to your location.
In case you are residing in a building, please be prepared to meet our delivery driver outside at the entrance of the building. This is because our drivers may not find parking or security guards may prevent them from entering the building and going to your door.
USER WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY
Note – Replacement, Exchange or Refund policy is applicable only for the products which have technical issues within the warranty period. We can Replace, Exchange or Refund if the product is damaged but the customer needs to raise a complaint on our website within 24hrs from the delivery date. No refund or exchange will be given if the product has no issues like – damage or technical issues.
Note- Any refund will be processed only for the actual product price, delivery charges and processing fee will not be refunded.
THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR RETURN, REFUND, REPLACEMENT OR WARRANTY
o Any physical damage
o In invoice not indicated warranty period
o Mobiles Phones, Consoles, and Accessories that are missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number
o Mobiles Phones, Consoles that were missing parts, box, headphones or any other accessories from the original box
o Returned without the original invoice
o Mobiles Phones, Consoles or Any other Gadgets warranty are covered from other Supplier.
Q Store.Online is not responsible for any warranty claim as all the products are from authorized suppliers within the region.
Delivery Charge:- Any Orders Above 1500 QAR Inside Doha City Limits is Free Delivery.
Area Outside Doha (If Delivery Location Comes Under 20Km From Our Warehouse to Delivery Location is Also Free) Above 20Km will be Charged.
Additional Delivery Charges From 30 QAR to 70 QAR For Abu Samra, Dukhan, Fuwayrit, Industrial and New Industrial Area, Al Khor, Shamal, Simaisma, Shahaniya, Umm salal.
